Finalizing Design, Selections and Price:

Once the floor plan, material selections and budget are concluded, we will complete a proposal agreement. A typical payment schedule includes three installments, which are:

First Installment:  50% deposit at the beginning of the project. 

Second Installment: 40% when installation of cabinetry and countertops begin.

Third Installment: 10% balance due at completion and final inspection of the cabinets and countertops.
